District 166, 167, 195, 471, 218, 120B IPC, 21/29 Ferozepur of NDPS Act and 13 of PC Act Aggrieved by the order dated 10.04.2024 passed by the Judge, Special Court, Ferozepur in the trial arising out of above captioned FIR, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC (now Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023).

After arguing for considerable time and facing the strict opposition of State, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file two separate petitions; first petition pertaining to preservation of call details prior to arrest of the petitioner and second petition for preservation of call details post arrest of the petitioner, before the appropriate authority.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of the present petition shall not come in the way of filing fresh petitions.
