Mr. Robin Singh Hooda, Advocate for the petitioner. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Grievance raised in this petition is that though there is no case registered against the petitioner in Police Station Dehlon, District Ludhiana but respondent No.4-SHO, P.S Dehlon, District Ludhiana has been raiding his house from the second week of August, 2020 without disclosing any purpose. It is alleged that he had taken away two-wheeler make Jupiter of the petitioner as well.

Without in any way commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of while giving liberty to the petitioner to submit representation to the Police Commissioner, Ludhiana within a period of two weeks from today. If such representation is submitted, the Police Commissioner, Ludhiana will look into the same and take appropriate action as may be warranted in law.
