PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Status report by way of affidavit of Ashok Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hqrs., Hisar has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, today in Court, which is is taken on record. 2.

As per the same it has been reported that :- "5.

That necessary enquiry and investigation in to the alleged matter/case has been conducted by local police/ Lady HC Rajni No.1207/ HSR of PS Azad Nagar Hisar. During the course of enquiry/investigation, there is no clue of the petitioners and they have not been found residing at the given address. Thereafter, the enquiry officer joined the private respondents namely Sahil and Sachin brother of petitioner No. 1, Hawa Singh father of petitioner no. 1 and Sunita mother of petitioner No. 1 and Raj Pal (respondent No. 10) relative of petitioner No. 1 and recorded their statement who stated that petitioner No. 1 is major and it has come to their notice that DEEPAK KUMAR 2022.09.01 21:38 I attest to the accuracy of this document

CRWP-7925-2022 -2she is living with petitioner No. 1 with her own sweet will and they have no objection if the petitioners wants to live in relationship anywhere. They have no danger from them. True translated copy of report of the enquiry officer is annexed herewith as Annexure R-1. True translated copy of statement of Respondent Nos. 4,5,6,7, and 10 is annexed as annexure R2 to R-6 respectively. 6.

That there is no threat perception to the petitioners. However, as and when the petitioners applied for protection, the same will be provided, the petition of the petitioners deserves to be dismissed."

Ld. Counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the stand taken by the State, nothing remains in the present case to be adjudicated at the hands of this Court and thus the same has been rendered infructuous.

Resultantly, the petition stands dismissed.
