(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at length prays for and is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent-authorities seeking appropriate decision on its representation to be filed regarding the status of its debarment as it is alleged that there is no decision by the competent authority to debar it as on date. Mr. Vikas Mohan Gupta, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, who is directed to accept notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 as well as respondents No. 4 to 6, submits that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent-authorities, they will consider and take a decision on its representation in this regard and communicate the same to it at the earliest and in accordance with law.
