    -    ./ 01 This petition has been brought to claim the financial benefits of the Assured Career Progression Scheme on completion of 20 years of regular satisfactory service as Master in the District Education Department, Haryana. The claim is pending for an unreasonable time. The petitioner served a legal notice dated 16.09.2015 (Annexure P/4) to the respondents for addressing his grievance but no steps have been taken to decide the same. In the circumstances, a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Needless to say that in case adverse order is to be passed, petitioner will be heard and speaking order passed containing cogent reasons for denial of benefits.
