Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are eleven petitioners in the writ petition. Ten out of eleven have already left the Organization. In terms of order dated 25.09.2023 passed by this Court in CWP No. 32967 of 2019 titled as "Abhishek Kamboj and others vs. Board of Governors, National Institute of Technology and others", the petitioners are entitled to minimum pay scale including dearness allowance. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute prayer of the petitioner. He further submits that respondent would not discontinue services of the petitioners who at present are working with them till regular appointments are made.
