This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the respondents to submit final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.0091 dated 09.09.2019 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, registered at Police Station City Zira, District Ferozepur (Annexure P-10).

Notice of motion in this case was issued on 09.11.2020, pursuant whereof reply dated 22.12.2020, by way of affidavit of Rajwinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Zira, District Ferozepur on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 has been filed. Learned State counsel submits that accused has joined investigation on 24.09.2020 and after investigation the challan was prepared on 15.12.2021 and it was presented before the Court on 15.01.2021. Thereafter, charges were framed on 15.02.2022 and two witnesses have been examined and the next date before the trial Court is 22.11.2022.
