(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance directions to the respondents No.2 to 5 for conducting the fair as well as further investigation of the case FIR No.171 dated 12.08.2020 offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Siwan, District Kaithal.

As referred to the reply, learned counsel for the State submits that cancellation report in the matter has been prepared which has been sanctioned by the concerned Superintendent of Police and it is to the process of being filed. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and to file a protest petition against the said cancellation report.

The prayer is genuine and cannot be denied.
