This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 for issuance of directions to the official respondents No. 2 to 5 for taking proper action against respondents No. 6 to 10 having inflicted serious injuries to the petitioners with a further prayer to decide the representation dated 06.05.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 06.05.2025 (Annexure P-7) to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa, Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa, Punjab to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 06.05.2025 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
