The challenge in this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to the vires of amendment of Sections 49 and 92 of the Sikh Gurudwara Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently complete particulars could not be incorporated in the present writ petition and prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars. 3.
