Learned State counsel submits that if any payment is due to the petitioners, same shall be paid to them at the earliest, in any case not later than six weeks'. If it is found that petitioners are not entitled to same, a speaking order shall be passed and conveyed to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners is satisfied with this submission.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
