The petitioners seek regularization of their services mainly on the premises that ever since their appointment in the years 1987 and 1985 on part time basis, they have been in service regularly. It is the case of the petitioners that in the year 2010 their posts were converted from part time posts to contingent paid posts vide order dated 4.1.2010 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned State counsel opposed the claim of the petitioners mainly on the ground that the case of petitioners for their regularization was considered earlier and the same was declined vide order Annexure R-1 annexed with the reply dated 29.7.2019 filed on behalf of the State. It has further been submitted that as of now new policy i.e. policy for Welfare of Adhoc Contractual, Daily Wages, Work Charge and Temporary Employees, 2023 has been promulgated and that the case of the petitioners shall be considered in PANKAJ KAKKAR 2023.07.06 18:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
