**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Present writ petition was taken up for hearing on 31.07.2019 when the case was called twice, but none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Again on 06.08.2019, case was called more than once, none appeared and the case was adjourned to 07.08.2019. On 07.08.2019, none appeared despite the fact that case was called twice and the writ petition was adjourned to 13.08.2019. On 13.08.2019, again none appeared on behalf of the petitioners to argue this writ petition. Today again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners despite the fact that the case has been called twice. It can safely be presumed that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the present writ petition any further.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
