Petitioner, it is stated, has submitted representation dated 25.11.2020 before the respondents seeking re-appointment on the post of PGT (Physical Education). Petitioner's resignation had earlier been accepted on 14.05.2020 which is stated to have been given under compelling circumstances. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Sh. Harish Kumar, Deputy Superintendent, Secondary Education, informs that petitioner's claim is pending consideration with the authorities. In this view of the matter but without expressing any opinion on the merits thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter with the authorities.
