In this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the proposed action of the respondents in sealing the premises of B-7 Resorts, Pakhowal Road, Octroi Post, Ludhiana. Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought directing the respondents not to seal the aforesaid premises.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since no specific action has been taken by the respondents in sealing the premises of B-7 Resorts, Pakhowal Road, Octroi Post, Ludhiana, therefore, the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage with liberty to approach this Court again, if need so arises.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to it in accordance with law.
