(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that since one of the coaccused of the petitioner has been granted the concession of regular bail by the trial Court, therefore he may be granted permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh bail application before the trial Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

In case, any fresh application for bail is filed before the trial Court, the same will be decided by the trial Court without being influenced that the first bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court.
