       This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.1 to call the petitioner and to permit him to join the course of DM Cardiology. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time submits that the petitioner has already made an application (Annexure P=12) dated 18.09.2021 to the Director of respondent No.1 Institution and the same is still pending consideration and no decision thereon has been taken as yet. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1=PGIMER submits that the aforesaid application of the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the authorities within a period of two weeks and decision thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.1, the petition stands disposed of.
