Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.

This second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 9, dated 15th June, 2021, under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Bathinda Range, District Bathinda. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court concerned to show that there is change in circumstances.
