The present writ petition was filed seeking a direction to respondent No.5 to decide the case, which was remanded by the Haryana Tax Tribunal vide order dated 18.05.2017. Grievance was that the proceedings are still pending.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that notice dated 26.07.2018 has already been issued to the petitioner for disposal of the remand case.

Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the State regarding process having been initiated for disposal of case remanded by the Tribunal, we do not find that any further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition as the department has itself initiated the process.

Disposed of accordingly.
