SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.65 dated 03.03.2025 under Sections 109(1), 115(2),118(1),351(3),3(5) of BNS registered at P.S IMT Rohtak, District Rohtak. Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that in compliance of order dated 16.07.2025, costs of Rs.10,000/- has been deposited with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, Chandigarh and a receipt thereof has been produced on record. He, however, prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.
