Complaining wilful violation of the directions of the Court in Civil Writ Petition No.13860 of 2019, decided on 23.05.2019, the petitioners have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The operative part of the order dated 23.05.2019 reads as under:- "In view of the above, without adverting to the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Khanna to consider and decide the legal notice dated 12.12.2018 (Annexure P- 3) in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the judgment. In case, on consideration, the competent authority reaches to the conclusion that the benefit claimed by the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.08.01 11:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

C.O.C.P. No. 2679 of 2019 (O&M) petitioner is admissible to him, in such eventuality, the consequential relief be allowed to him, within a period of six weeks thereafter. However, in case the competent authority feels that the relief claimed by the petitioner is not admissible or made out, in that case, a speaking order be passed in the matter".

The learned counsel representing the respondent has filed reply, which is taken on record. It has been stated that the claim of the petitioner has been decided and an amount of 15,19,621/- has been paid to the ₹ petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts, no further order is required to be passed. Hence, the present petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge July 28, 2022 "DK"
