NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the arrears of 24 years special increments, which was given from 01.02.2010 instead of 01.01.2006 as admissible and to grant the arrears of wages for working on Sundays (without weekly rest) w.e.f. 01.05.2015 to 31.12.2018 and further to grant the arrears of payment of winter and summer uniforms as admissible with interest @ 12% per annum.
On 02.12.2024, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for respondents No.3 submits that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment of the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Kasturi Lal Vs. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment rendered in Kasturi Lal's case (supra), with regard to claim of the petitioner for wages for working holidays. He submits that the instant petition may be disposed of with liberty to avail other legal remedies with regard to remaining claim made in the present petition.
Disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
