This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 279, dated 17th June, 2021, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Gohana, District Sonipat.

While this Court was adjourning the case to 15th December, 2021 to enable the learned State counsel to have instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
