Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.

This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 123, dated 24.09.2020, under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Sections 27B/ 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 were added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot.

After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
