The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 20.04.2026 whereby respondent has cancelled his provisional registration certificate issued under Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner at this stage would be redressed if respondent is directed to decide petitioner's appeal in a time bound manner. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent submits that petitioner's appeal would be decided expeditiously.
