By way of present writ petition, petitioner - Rajinder Singh Kamia (workman) has sought quashing of the award dated 31.07.2014 (Annexure P-6), passed by learned Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Hisar, whereby reference No.7 of 2012 under Section 10 (1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act, has been answered against him. 2.

During the pendency of the present writ petition, parties to the lis i.e. petitioner and respondent Nos.2 and 3 have entered into a compromise and pursuant thereto, on 14.02.2024, following order was passed by this Court:- "Present:

**** Counsel for both the sides are in agreement that a compromise has been arrived between the parties, and in terms thereof, a demand draft of Rs.1.00 lakh, is to be given in the name of the petitioner - workman. Therefore, counsel for respondents No.2 & 3 seeks some time for producing the said demand draft in Court.

Today, Mr. Harsh Aggarwal, Advocate, for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has handed over a demand draft dated 15.02.2024 of HDFC Bank of an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lac only), to counsel for the petitioner. Photocopy of the said demand draft is also submitted for placing it on record. Accordingly, same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at the appropriate place on the file. 4.

On receiving of the said demand draft of amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is fully satisfied towards all the claims which were under dispute, before learned Labour Court under reference No. 7 of 2012 under Section 10 (1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act, and he would not raise further claim of any kind in future. Thus, he seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, present writ petition stands dismissed, as withdrawn.
