Learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 2 submits that the compliance of the order has been made, and files the affidavit dated 19.10.2023, of Er. Dharam Suhag, Executive Engineer (XEN), S/U Division No.II, UHBVN, Karnal, Haryana, in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place. Respondents are also present in-person before this Court. 2.

By referring to paragraphs No.4 & 5 of the aforesaid affidavit, learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 2 submits that petitioner was required to be regularized, and in that regard, one letter dated 06.10.2023 (Annexure R-10), has been issued. Paragraphs No.4 & 5 are reproduced as under:- "4.

Now vide letter dated 06.10.2023, the said information was received from the SDO OP S/Division, UHBVNL, Jundla. After taking into account the past record of the JAWALA RAM 2023.11.03 19:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-2170-2021 (O&M) - 2 - petitioner, a detailed order dated 06.10.2023 was passed by the present Executive Engineer by regularizing the service of the petitioner. A copy of the letter dated 06.10.2023 received from SDO OP S/Division, UHBVNL, Jundla, is annexed herewith as Annexure R-9. A Copy of the office order dated 06.10.2023 is annexed herewith as Annexure R-10. 5.

That in view of the aforesaid order dated 06.10.2023, the petitioner was paid an amount of Rs.2,10,112/- towards regularization of his services vide Cheque No.727531 dated 12.10.2023. A copy of the cheque is attached herewith as Annexure R-11. Similarly, the petitioner has also provided with the affidavit dated 14.10.2023 to the present Executive Engineer that he has received all his dues and his claims stand satisfied. A true translated copy of the affidavit dated 14.10.2023 is attached herewith as Annexure R-12."

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 2 submits that according to affidavit dated 14.10.2023 (appended with reply/affidavit dated 19.10.2023 as Annexure R-12) filed by the petitioner, no other claim is left and petitioner has received all his dues and thus, his claims stand fully satisfied.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 2, submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 5.

Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of being infructuous.

Rule stands discharged.
