Mr. Ajay Kaushik, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Keshav Gupta, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to promote him as Inspector Food & Supplies, Haryana, as envisaged vide order dated 23.12.2011 (Annexure P-1).

Upon notice, written statement has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the stand taken therein that the petitioner has already been promoted as Inspector Food and Supplies, vide order dated 06.07.2012 (Annexure R-9) and order dated 23.12.2011 stands modified to that extent.

Since, the petitioner has now been promoted as Inspector Food and Supplies, vide order dated 06.07.2012 (Annexure R-9), therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed as such.
