(Oral) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the award dated 05.02.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Arbitrator-cum-Additional Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad under the National Highways Act, 1956. The relief claimed is to release solatium and interest in view of the judgment of the Division Bench in M/s. Golden Iron and Steel Forgings vs. Union of India and others, 2011 (4) RCR (Civil) 375. In similar circumstances, in CWP No. 29431 of 2017, Phool Singh vs. National Highway Authority of India and others decided on 12.03.2018, this Court has relegated the land owners to their alternative remedies for the same impugned award.

Accordingly, for the reasons given in the said judgment, the present writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms. 23.03.2018 (G.S.
