JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) Eleven petitioners are serving as Clerks with the Department of Secondary Education, Punjab. They have laid challenge to the orders dated 23.05.2018 (Annexure P-1) and 04.08.2018 (Annexure P-3), whereby the Clerks posted in schools have also been handed over additional/complete charge of clerks of the adjoining schools.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain better pleadings to be made in the body of the writ petition, therefore, he prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. Ordered accordingly.
