      HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Prayer is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to register a cross-version case against private respondents No.6 to 13 in FIR No.0144 dated 08.07.2021, under Sections 451, 323, 325, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Samrala, Police District Khanna, Punjab.

Vide order dated 23.12.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna, was directed to look into the complaints/representations (Annexure P-5 and P-6). At this stage, learned State counsel submits that, in compliance of the aforesaid order, DDR No.15 dated 11.02.2022 under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC has been registered against 05 (five) persons. In view of the above, no further orders are called for. Disposed of.
