(ORAL) Learned State Counsel submits that vide order dated 23.01.2019 (Annexure R-1), transfer order dated 04.08.2018 (Annexure P-7) has been cancelled, thus, the grievance of the petitioner no longer subsists and the present writ petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the applicant in CM No.12851 of 2018 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application with liberty to challenge order dated 23.01.2019 (Annexure R-1), in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
