(Oral) Union of India and Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh have laid challenge to the order dated 01.05.2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, whereby the claim of respondent No.2 to restrain the petitioner-Institute from promoting the reserved category candidates, was allowed and a direction has been issued to fill-up the vacancies through promotion without applying the rule of reservation.
