* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) It was not necessary for the petitioner to have filed this petition. The petitioner's revision petition is pending before the respondent No. 2. The petitioner must await the result of that revision petition. 2.

In the meantime, the petitioner has been protected in any event by the order and judgement dated 03.08.2015 in CWP-9047-2015 filed by the petitioner. Paragraph 4 of the judgement records the statement on behalf of the respondent that the petitioners shall be allowed to continue to function from the Old Sabzi Mandi wherever they were functioning as on date without insisting for renewal of the licenses till the appeal/revision is decided. If, the petitioner is functioning from the Old Sabzi Mandi, he will be entitled to continue to do so till the disposal of the revision petition. The petitioner's apprehension is in view of a show cause notice dated 01.12.2015 calling upon him to produce proof of his work place within 15 days of the receipt of the notice and stating that in the event of the petitioner's failing to do so, his license would be cancelled with immediate effect.
