This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 for registration of a FIR against respondent No.5 under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and under other relevant provisions of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the present petition the petitioner is limiting his prayer and would be satisfied if his complaint (Annexure P-5) addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ropar (respondent No.3) is considered. He has further submitted the he had given the said complaint on 16.10.2020 but no action has been taken on the same till date.
