The present petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to enforce the notification dated 01.12.2011 (Annexure P1) with effect from 01.01.2006 to the petitioners and their pay be restructured conferring benefit of higher pay scale with effect from 01.01.2006 and further to re-fix their pension in terms of the judgment dated 18.12.2019 passed in CWP-7239-2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to the respondents to look into the Legal Notices dated 14.07.2020, 20.07.2020 and 17.09.2020 (Annexures P2, P3 and P4 respectively) and consider the same in light of various pronouncements of this Court in LPA-352-2014 and CWP-12581-2014.
