The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for seeking directions for re-investigation in case FIR No.104 dated 06.07.2020 registered under Sections 279, 427 and 304-A IPC at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
