This revision petition has been filed while questioning the correctness of the order passed by the Executing Court on 01.08.2022 vide which the case was adjourned to 16.08.2022 for remaining arguments on an application under Order XXI Rule 97 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.

The learned senior counsel submits that the Executing Court is not proceeding with the matter in view of the pendency of Civil Revision No. 1393 of 2020 which has nothing to do with the dispute before the Executing Court.

This Court has considered the submissions of the learned senior counsel representing the petitioner.

Let the petitioner, at the first instance, file an application before the Executing Court in this regard.
