The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing respondents No. 1 to 4 to conduct independent, fair, impartial and unbiased investigation in FIR No. 22, dated 14.03.2023, under Sections 341 and 354 of the IPC, registered at Police Station 'Ghuman Kalan', District Gurdaspur.

A further prayer is also made to monitor such investigation as enunciated by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Babu Bhai Jamna Das Patel vs. State of Gujarat (2009) 9 SCC 310 and also decide the representation dated 29.05.2023 (Annexure P-1) through some senior police official. 3.
