**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of interim bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 243 dated 08.11.2020 registered under Sections 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station City Kotkapura, District Faridkot, enabling him to perform marriage with Ravinder Kaur on 08.09.2022. On 23.08.2022, learned State counsel sought time to take instructions.

Today, learned State counsel submits that Ravinder Kaur has got recorded her statement before SI Harpreet Singh on 31.08.2022 stating therein that she is already married and cannot perform this marriage without obtaining divorce from her earlier husband. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
