Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.70 dated 04.06.2020 registered under Sections 323,326,506 and 34 IPC at Police Station Jhander, District Amritsar Rural.

7& A Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Vipan Kumar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Ajnala, Amritsar Rural submits that the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.50,000/- with the Investigating Officer and the said amount has already been paid to the complainant. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated

05.11.2020 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands disposed of.
