SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) One of the reliefs sought in this writ petition is for direction to constitute 'Appellate Tribunal' under the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Un-regulated Development Act, 1963. [2] Learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana has placed on record the Notification dated 13.08.2018 whereby a former Judge of this Court has now been appointed as Chairman of the Tribunal. This renders the writ petition as infructuous. Ordered accordingly. [3] We request the learned Tribunal to hear and decide the appeal filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months.
