For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed, Annexures P-1 to P-5 be taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CRM stands disposed of.

CRM-M-31005-2025 Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0047 dated 12.03.2025 under Sections 109(1), 309(4), 115(1), 191(3), 190 of BNS (Section 109(1) of BNS deleted later on) registered at Police Station Canal Colony Bathinda, District Bathinda, Punjab.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Raghbir Singh, has apprised the court that in compliance of order dated 10.06.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief, as extended to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 10.06.2025, is hereby made absolute.
