(ORAL) The appellant has filed the present appeal for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 80 dated 29.01.2022, registered under Sections 323 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 3 the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Samalkha, Panipat and for setting aside the order dated 18.06.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions-cum-Summer Vacations Duty Judge, Panipat dismissing her application for grant of anticipatory bail.
On instructions from DSP Om Parkash, learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to the order dated 30.11.2022 the appellant has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation.
