By considering the facts that father of petitioner has expired on 29.10.2020; application (Annexure P-2) submitted by the petitioner to the Jail Authorities has not been decided as no order has been passed; certificate dated 30.10.2020 (Annexure P-3) has also been submitted by the Gram Panchayat of the village and Kirya is scheduled to be performed on 10.11.2020, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take action on the pending application (Annexure P-2) within a period of two days from today.
