Mr. Mukesh Yadav, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to consider and decide the legal notice dated 10.08.2015 (Annexure P-3). Petitioner was appointed on 09.03.1993 as PTI in Government High School, Kanti and thereafter he was promoted on the post of DPE on 21.02.1995. After completion of 20 years, the petitioner was retired on 31.03.2013 and the benefit of ACP has not been granted to him. In this regard, the petitioner has issued a legal notice dated 10.08.2015 (Annexure P-3) to the respondent(s) but no decision has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondent(s) to decide the legal notice dated 10.08.2015 (Annexure P-3), referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent(s) to decide the legal notice dated 10.08.2015 (Annexure P-3), filed by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
