G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Challenge in the present writ petition is to the show cause notice dated 10.11.2016 (Annexure P-17) whereby, there is a proposal to fine the institute for `50,000/- and for removal of the deficiencies in three months.

A perusal of the communication would go on to show that the petitioner-institute is to submit its reply and representation which has now been filed admittedly on 23.11.2016 (Annexure P-18). In such circumstances, the university is yet to take a decision on the representation and accordingly the present writ petition is not maintainable at this stage and the same is dismissed. 05.12.2016 (G.S.
