(ORAL) Concededly, the petitioner had assailed the charge-sheet, dated 02.04.2014 (Annexure P-10). Whereas during the pendency of the petition, the respondent-University has completed the inquiry and vide order dated 21.01.2015, two annual increments of the petitioner have been stopped with cumulative effect. And, for having discharged no work from 02.04.2007 to 30.03.2014, he has also been denied pay on 'no work no pay' basis. Thus, counsel for the parties are ad idem that the petition at hands is rendered infructuous.
That being so, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order of punishment, as admissible in law.
