The representation given by the petitioner to respondent Nos.2 and 4 under Annexure P-5 shall be disposed of and I direct that the respondents shall issue to the petitioner a fresh registration number and registration certificate. The counsel for the petitioner states that he is not asking for the VIP number which he had bid at the auction previously in terms of the decision of State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. The said statement is recorded. An appropriate order shall be passed by respondent Nos.2 and 4 on the representation and the registration certificate shall be issued to the petitioner if there is no other impediment to the petitioner, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order along with representation said to have been already given.
