(ORAL) The petitioners contend that the respondents have demolished their structures contrary to the representation made by them in the affidavit dated 16.04.2015 in CWP-25610-2014 inasmuch as in that affidavit they stated that they would take possession in the execution proceedings before the Additional District Judge, Hisar in the suit filed by the petitioners. The said CWP-25610-2014 is pending.

If there is any violation of the representation made in that writ petition, the contentions raised in this petition may be agitated in CWP-25610-2014.
